Born in September 1977 in Pingyu County, Henan Province, associate professor of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and trade, doctor of law of Zhongnan University of Finance and law, and the seventh batch of university level training objects of "thousand hundred ten project" in Guangdong Province. He has participated in several national social science fund projects and presided over three provincial projects. His monograph "Research on economic and legal system in ethnic minority areas under the background of western development" won the third prize of the 14th philosophy and social science achievement award of Sichuan people's Government in 2010.
