Born in 1972, he has a Bachelor of education from Beijing Normal University (1990), a master of law from Southwest University of political science and Law (2003), a doctor of law in civil and commercial law of Southwest University of political science and Law (2006), and a postdoctoral in civil law of School of law of Shandong University (2011). He is an associate professor and postgraduate supervisor of the school of civil and commercial law of Southwest University of political science and law. He is also the director of China Commercial Law Society and the executive director of Shandong civil and commercial law society, Shandong science and Technology Law Society and Qingdao law society.
As a part-time lawyer, he once engaged in litigation and non litigation business in the fields of company law, real estate law, securities law, contract law, etc. In particular, he has rich practical experience in non litigation business such as company establishment, capital contribution, restructuring, merger and acquisition, dissolution and liquidation, confirmation of shareholder qualification, shareholders' rights and interests, effectiveness of company resolution, liability of directors or senior executives, derivative litigation of shareholders, lifting the veil of the company, foreign-invested enterprises, real estate development, construction and other fields.
He has participated in the compilation of research on civil liability system in Securities Trading (Law Publishing House, 2008 Edition), civil law interpretation of public order and good customs (Law Publishing House, 2008 Edition), and published papers in professional newspapers and periodicals such as modern law, people's justice, Journal of East China University of political science and law, law forum, civil and commercial law, Legal Daily, etc There are more than 20 translated versions, of which 2 are reproduced in full by the National People's Congress. He presided over two provincial and ministerial level projects and participated in one national project. Two provincial scientific research awards were awarded.
