He graduated from Yantai University and China University of political science and law.
Lectures on Civil and commercial law, general introduction of civil law, contract law, property law, Roman law, private law and state; research fields include civil and commercial law, comparative law, private law and public policy, constitutional development, etc.
He has published Monographs on property rights and tolerance obligations: A Study on the rules of neighboring relations of real estate (Intellectual Property Publishing House), translated German new debt law: a historical and Comparative Perspective (Law Publishing House), and the value of law: evaluation in a transitional economy (Law Publishing House), etc., and published several papers in comparative law research and other journals. He has independently presided over and completed a number of entrusted research projects, including the National People's Congress, the Ministry of education, the Macao SAR government, China Southern Power Grid, Guangdong Mobile, Guangzhou Civil Air Defense Office, etc., and provided expert advice for many projects such as the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province, the Department of land and resources of Guangdong Province, and the Guangzhou municipal government.
