In 2005, he graduated from Southwest University of political science and law with a master of law. After graduation, he worked in Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. as the head of mobile phone patent and senior engineer of Huawei intellectual property department,
In 2014, Shenzhen Huaqi Xinnuo patent agency office was established to be responsible for the overall management of the agency.
In 2015, relying on Huaqi Xinnuo and Edison patent agency, Shenzhen Liujia Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was established to be responsible for new business development, quality control and agent capacity improvement of the agency.
During his nine years at Huawei, he was responsible for the management of thousands of Huawei mobile phone patent packages, including patent mining, application, reply, overseas layout, killer patent and basic patent mining; he participated in important patent confrontation activities, including patent invalidation, license negotiation or lawsuit of Ericsson, Motorola, ZTE, Alan, Microsoft, Nokia, Samsung and other domestic and foreign friends Litigation project support; participated in the licensing / litigation support of foreign NPE for many times, including patent analysis of smartphone, celltrace, HPL, ipcom, contentguard and other projects.
Since the establishment of the agency, it has served hundreds of customers, including Gree, LETV, Jianrong, Dakai, daotong, chaoduowei, Derun electronics, rihai communication, Chuangxin laser, Heyuan, chuangxiang sky, Meizu and many small and medium-sized enterprises of start-up enterprises, including patent application agency, patent risk analysis and assessment, patent invalidation, patent non infringement analysis or overseas patent layout.
