On June 15, 2025, to celebrate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland and the 30th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women of the United Nations, the Hong Kong Island Women's Association, in conjunction with the Women's Affairs Committee of the Hong Kong Island Community Association, jointly held the third "New Era, Her Power W-TALK 3.0" Women's Development Forum.

Gu Fang, the founding partner and director of the headquarters of Yinglong Law Firm, was invited to attend the forum, where she joined outstanding female entrepreneurs, experts, scholars and grassroots workers from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to discuss the development path for women in the new era and showcase the wisdom and strength of women.
