On March 4, 2022, Yinglong law firm participated in the awarding ceremony as the first batch of law firms awarded "female lawyer workstation of Guangzhou Lawyers Association" by Guangzhou Lawyers Association. There were 17 law firms in the first batch of awarding in the city. Tian Miao, head of the female lawyer workstation of the Institute, attended the awarding ceremony on behalf of the Institute.

 

         Yinglong, as the first law firm to establish a "female lawyer workstation", has been committed to uniting and caring for female lawyers.          There are about 90 female lawyers in our firm, which has exceeded 50% of the number of lawyers in our firm. Under the leadership of Gu Fang, director of Yinglong headquarters, the female lawyer workstation of Yinglong law firm has organized many activities to care for female lawyers, improve the professional ability of female lawyers, and enhance the enthusiasm of female lawyers for the management of the firm and the industry and their influence on the society, which has been widely praised by all walks of life.
