Ms. Zhang is Partner of Winlong Law Firm with extensive experience in handling such issues as corporate M&A and restructuring, IPR infringement, labor disputes, onshore/offshore investment, debt collection, and work-related crimes. Her capabilities are best shown in the following achievements in recent years:

Ms. Zhang, a former employer in an institution under Guangdong Administration of Industry and Commerce, maintains good relation with government departments in charge of onshore/offshore investments and is familiar with the relevant investment laws and regulations. She has assisted a few MNCs in the acquisition of equalities and assets of both Chinese and overseas companies, including assisting a Chinese public company in the acquisition of a Japanese furniture company, and assisting a Japanese company to acquire several Chinese companies providing housekeeping and elderly nursing services.

She has successfully assisted clients in collection of debts up to an amount of RMB1.2 billion.

She acts as regular legal counsel for some Chinese companies as well as foreign-invested companies, providing legal services on corporate compliance and onshore/offshore investment projects.

She constantly provides legal services in trademark, copyright and other IPR disputes, including assisting client to invalidate squatted trademark and protecting clients against counterfeit trademarks.

Ms. Zhang is an arbitrator in Guangzhou Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee by which she is capable of dealing with labor issues properly and effectively. She has rich experience in handling work-related crimes (e.g. embezzlement of corporate properties, tax evasion, and smuggling). She has assisted in several large labor disputes on behalf of clients, including assisting an Australian enterprise in China for laying off 100 employees and a Japanese company in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Fujian for the layoff of hundreds of employees.  

She has published some essays in the publications of Mizuho Bank Hong Kong and other organizations, including Advantages of Headquartering in Guangzhou China, A Commentary on the Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment, and A Probe in Mechanism of Resolving Environmental Disputes. She also publishes some other articles on foreign investment, corporate law, labor law, etc.
